1500 down? meaning down payment? lol

for 1500, u can get a set of nice real wheels. but 17x9 is gonna be a little more expensive. u could find a nice set of used works 17x9 for about 1500, if ur lucky

consider used if the condition is good, could go witha better quality wheel.
