| Thanks for the welcomes everyone, So my buddy has these coilover sleeves brand new not sure what brand they are but hell give them to me for my car. Do you guys think that could work on my stock struts? He said they bolt on just fine but im wondering if theyll have any other problems. I like them bcuz theyre adjustable 0-4" | |

| If you go any lower than a 2" drop, you will need aftermarket struts.
If they are eBay no name sleeves, prepare to have a horrible ride quality and bottom out everywhere.

In before Josh replies. what are you getting at i was riding around on egay sleeves for about 2 years. they are sooo bouncy, and i cracked my transmission with them, ruined multiple headers with them. and tore up a lot more stuff...

Yep. If you plan on keeping your car for awhile, do it once, and do it right. Don't mess around with all the cheaper stuff. It's a waste of time and a waste of money. I learned that the hard way multiple times over and over again on my Accord. Save your money. Get full adjustable coilovers. Win at life.

| if you buy sleeves. you will spend at least 200 for a decent set... add into the fact that your stock shocks will blow after a few months at most. so then you will need new shocks, the cheapest replacements being 200 for 4. but those wont last long, by that point you are 400 into your setup, and you can get a decent set of real coilovers for 600. | |

| Josh is in the same boat as I was in. We both had either aftermarket springs or sleeves on stock struts, and both of us ended up getting full coilovers in the long run. Plus with sleeves or springs, if you are like 95% of most car enthusiasts, once you get used to the lowered height you will want to go even lower | |
