so i found this thread alittle late even tho it was infront of my face! I am forsure down to go, can't wait infact. is anyone rollin up to the "pre-meet" from waukegan area? either way i'll 98% be there. i'm gonna try and recrute my srt4 buddy, alittle off topic i know. but he digs accords, and has a sick ass srt. lastly does anyone have an exact address for the pre-meet? i need to mapquest it.

With the amount of confirmed people going to this on Facebook, this event is going to be HUGE. Around 400 people huge.

In thinking things over for this meet and talking with fellow members, I think we should have a back up spot should the event get canceled (whether it be by the cops, or by simply not enough parking, etc). If anyone breaks up the meet, they will want all of the cars to leave the Montrose Harbor area most likely. This rules out our pre meet spot as a back up location.

Labagh Woods will be the "fall back" area in the event that the meet is broken up. This is far enough away that we should be safe, yet is close enough of a drive (and a straight shot at that) that it is feasible in the event we need to relocate. I'm not saying that it would need to be used, but it always helps to have a fall back plan. I know I for one do not want to drive 2 hours to a meet then get kicked out and drive home. We have people coming as far as 3 hours away for this event.

PLEASE do not give this information out to members who will not be in the GLA or Root1 group. We don't want the word getting out, then thinking we have a nice spot to fall back on and then have 300 people show up

If that happens [if meet gets broken up], yes, LaBagh Woods is an excellent "fall back" spot. We just have to take Foster, right on Cicero, and bam.

Foster is a bit bumpy though, like all the roads there. Slow cruising speed would solve that anyway

Since the IRS is full of shit and wont be getting my refund until the 20th, it has now dropped down to a 50/50 chance I will go. Id still be rollin stock rims, missing window visor, hell probably wont even be able to wash all the bird shit off of it..

I wish the Chicago Accord crew that was at last year's Palos Hills meet would go to this with us..

I talked to Mike with the boosted sedan and he said he will have to wait and see. He seemed to show interest, but I guess we will see. I'm pretty sure Hovo said he was going, no?

That being said, if we have about 5-6 from each group, it will still be a solid showing
