Go to Profile > Preferences
Find the box and switch it to "no"
Wonder what would cause that to pop on like that | |

| yeah, where is that goddamn admin??   this was posted 8 hours ago, they had a similar issue apparently. might be a recent forumotion issue. http://desertedphans.forumotion.net/t408-notification-emailslooks like before you submit a reply to a thread, uncheck the "notify me when a reply is posted" box under options. | |
