Why doesnt my,hood closes all the way down I mean it locks but it doesnt go down all the way???

Try adjusting the bumpstops. They are the little round black things placed around the perimeter in the engine bay. They spin up and down to adjust the closing point of the hood. If that doesn't work, physically adjust the latch itself whether it is up or down that it needs to be moved.

If those don't work, then it's time for a new hood or another hood latch. Good luck!
